Magic-ray double-sided inline AOI inspects the top and bottom of a PCBA simultaneously — replacing two single-sided machines, cutting floor space and operator load, and catching wave-soldering and THT defects that one-sided systems miss. Available as 2D or full 3D.
Both systems do the same core job — simultaneous double-sided inspection after wave soldering and for final QA. The difference is how deep they see. The V5300 is a proven 2D workhorse for high-throughput defect coverage at a lower investment. The VS7300 adds true 3D reconstruction with a 35 mm height range for demanding THT and odd-form measurement.
