Conformal coating AOI is the gatekeeper at the end of the coating process — positioned after the UV curing oven so that no miscoated board moves downstream. The series adapts to single- and double-sided coating layouts.
Cleaning → dispensing machine → UV curing oven → Conformal Coating AOI. The VC5100 can also support lower-level reflux inside the machine or bottom-level reflux outside it for fixture-based flows.
